Bassam Youssef's Melbourne show  has been rescheduled and relocated...

The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that due to unforeseen scheduling, Bassam Youssef 's performance at the Palms at Crown on Wednesday 15 November 2023  has been rescheduled. The show will now take place at the Palais Theatre  on Sunday 19 November.  

What about the tickets?

• Your updated tickets will now be emailed to you prior to your new event date as pdf files for printing out. Please check your inbox/junk/spam folder. Your new tickets will not appear in your Ticketmaster Account and only the tickets in your email can be used for entry on event day. Please disregard your original tickets as these are no longer valid.

• You can also save the file on your mobile device for easy access and entry into the theatre on the day. Access the e-mail on your mobile device, double click on the attachment and save it to your phone. You now have your tickets stored! You can scan them at the venue. All you need is Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.

• New tickets will only be issued to the original purchaser. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Transfer”, you will need to contact the original account/credit card holder.

Can’t make it? You will need to request a refund.
